Liz uses a combination of her medium, counselling and coaching skills to present the best possible session she can provide. Liz’s passion is to uplift and inspire people who seek her out by assisting one to connect with our own innate higher wisdom and also pass on the advice and guidance that comes through from the other side.

We all have Spirit Guides, Angels and loved ones who are supporting us and wanting the best outcomes for us in this life and they can gently guide us whilst reminding us that we have the power of choice to create a fulfilling and wonderful life.

Liz is available for consultations via telephone or Zoom.

Liz charges $130 for a one hour session and $80 for a 30 minute session.

An extended 75 minute session is $160

EMAIL READINGS/ANGEL CARD READINGS

If you prefer a no contact reading, Liz can answer questions by tuning into her Spirit Guides and the Spirit World to access guidance for you. An email reading is around 1000 words for each question and consists of Liz explaining what she picked up and includes an angel card for each question. One question is $40. Two questions is $60 and three questions is $85. You can also ask follow up questions once you have received your reading regarding what Liz picked up.

15 MINUTE CHAT READINGS VIA MESSENGER/TEXT OR WHATSAPP

SPIRITUAL LIFE COACHING FROM THE OTHER SIDE & A READING COMBINED

This is a popular choice when people can’t decide which service they would prefer. The time frame for this choice is approximately 75 minutes and the cost is $16o.

The first 45 minutes is a life coaching session where we Liz will work with you to see past any obstacles that are reducing the joy element in your life. The last half an hour, Liz will use her unique medium skills to tune into Spirit and see what messages they have for you. However, if you prefer to start with the reading first, that is fine too.

Grief and Loss Counselling

Change is a consistent element in our lives. Often with change comes grief. Perhaps it is a loss of a loved one, a pet, a job, a relationship, a home, our health or our youth, the list is endless when you think about it.

Navigating our way through grief on our own can feel like you are living in a black hole and wondering if the sun will shine again. Even though part of us deep down knows that it will, the experience of grief and loss can be uncertain territory.

The gifts of grief include becoming closer to source, questioning life, going within, digging deeper, developing a deeper sense of compassion. However, while you are ‘in’ the grief, these gifts may not look so appealing.

Being able to express our grief to someone who listens with love, respect and no judgement can be the most healing process.

For the last thirty years I have connected with many people experiencing grief through my work as a medium. In 2008, I obtained a Diploma of Counselling specialising in grief. From 2015 to 2017 I worked as a carer in aged care. I currently work part time as a lifestyle assistant in aged care. Working with the elderly has given me the opportunity to learn lasting wisdom from those experiencing the end stage of life. In 2018 I became a qualified holistic life coach.

Using a combination of medium skills, counselling and life coaching skills, I can help people navigate their way through change, grief and loss.

I now offer specific one on one sessions aimed at helping individuals to begin to heal, accept and move through their grief and loss situations. I have created a three session package that I feel would be most beneficial. However, if after the first session, you want to opt out, there is no obligation.

These sessions will cover, in no particular sequence;

Getting to know each other/building trust
Sharing as much or as little as you want about the loss you have experienced
Sharing spiritual views surrounding life and death, beginnings and endings
Brainstorming ways of concluding unfinished business
Brainstorming ways of moving forward, through honouring the past
Look at Spiritual Tools for healing grief

Each session will be an hour long. These sessions can be conducted via Telephone or Zoom.

A grief counselling session is $130 for a 75 minute session or for three sessions $380A

GENERAL SPIRITUAL LIFE COACHING FROM THE OTHER SIDE

Liz is a qualified life coach, trained at the Foundation of Holistic Coaching, by best selling author and coach, Alan Cohen. Life coaching differs to a medium reading. A medium reading is where Liz connects to your loved ones and guides in Spirit and brings messages of survival and general guidance through which can be wonderful and uplifting particularly if you have lost dear ones in Spirit.

A life coaching session is about tapping into your own higher wisdom, your own inner guidance while Liz lovingly guides you and encourages you through the process of finding solutions to anything in your life you feel is holding you back or bringing you down. Liz’s natural medium abilities help to channel wisdom from Spirit. Incredible shifts happen when you have profound realisations. We all have a blind spot when it comes to our own understanding of ourselves and our lives. The goal of a coaching session is to remove the blind spots which will propel you into your own brightness and empowerment.

The cost of a life coaching session is $130 for a one hour session.
