After having experienced what had been diagnosed as vertigo, since May, 2010, I had an Angel Reiki healing with Liz in January, 2011, and had an attack as I way lying down on the table. When Liz asked me about it, I told her that I had been having these episodes for eight months, and she said, “we can fix that”, and that was that!

A couple of weeks after my father died I had a terrifying nightmare. I dreamed that I was paralysed but lying conscious on the floor of a strange apartment when a very scary man with evil intent entered the room. I was in a sweat when I finally and literally kicked off my blankets and woke myself up. I’m not usually prone to bad dreams and this one had shaken me. My biggest fear was that the dream, which had seemed so real, would reoccur.
I emailed Liz with the details of the dream and the circumstances of my dad’s last days. Liz interpreted my dream as a way for me to integrate the experience of my father’s death. She told me that by being able to finally kick my legs I had shown mastery in the situation and that I’d be ok. Liz was so kind and generous and her explanation was like a balm – the bad dream didn’t come back.
